Excellent customer service
We just purchased a new Stearns and Foster mattress . Coral was helping us and was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to us . We loved the product as we have has this same mattress for 15 years and loved it so we knew we wanted to purchase another one . Coral did an excellent job bringing us up to speed on all the improvements that Stearns and Foster have made over the last few years . She made the “buying” process easy. She was very friendly, gave us plenty of time to explore choices. I couldn’t recommend her enough !!!! Coral was thoughtful enough to explain delivery and we even received the sale price ! We couldn’t be happier and are expecting our new mattress deliver today ! She gets a 10/10 rating from us ! Great job.

Decent Mattress, Horrible Delivery!
The mattress is fine but the delivery was a nightmare. The Macy’s delivery driver hit a tree branch which then came crashing down on the hood of my wife’s car. We’ve been working with insurance companies for over 10 days now and the car hasn’t even made it to the auto body shop yet. We expect Macy’s to deliver the mattress without destroying our property. Not a good experience.

Believer
I have gotten the bed yet. This will be a replacement for a defective mattress. However the salesperson/lady that took care of me at Foxvalley was wonderful. She was so helpful with trying to find a replacement Sterns and Foster bed since my old model had been discontinued. But with her help I was able to get a new S$F. It’s nice to know that there are still some people out there that believe in customer service. And actually take pride in what they do for a living.

this is a well designed and constructed mattress. I am very happy but sort of wish I had opted for the pillowtop as I like a very soft bed.

Great Mattress!
We've only slept on it 2 nights so far and I am surprised at how comfortable this mattress is. It's soft put provides great support. Not I would say the softness is closer to medium firm, but given that the mattress still needs to be broken in, we'll if it softens up more over time. Even it it doesn't soften up more, it's still a great mattress. We also purchased the box spring and "WORRYNOMORE" mattress protector, which is a must if you need to take advantage of the 10 warranty offered by Stearns & Foster. I'll update my review in a month or two based on longer term performance of this mattress, but I am hoping it will hold up for many years to come. It seems very well made.

Best mattress on the market
my husband I finally found the mattress of our dreams. My husband and I prefer a plush mattress with no motion transfer and strong edges. It is a little firmer on the plush side but that is exactly why we love it. It is not too soft. We tried a hotel collection plush mattress which was very expensive and it was already sagging over 1” after 16 months. There are so many mattresses in the market and we appreciate Q, our Macy’s salesman assistance in helping us choose the perfect mattress for us.
